Here are some helpful tips to reduce lower back pain.
DON'T JUST SIT THERE - regularly move positions throughout the day
SET A TIMER - Set a reminder to ensure you keep moving
SORT OUT YOUR WORKSPACE - set up your workspace to be in the correct sitting position
GET BETTER SLEEP - Get a consistent nightly routine to get those much needed zzzzz's
DESK EXERCISE - Simple stretches and exercise is key to fending off aches and pains
