Caroline has over 20 years experience working in the public and private sectors in numerous settings throughout the UK. She is highly skilled in the assessment and treatment of a variety of conditions, and her approach is very holistic and person-centred. Her skills include neuro-musculoskeletal health, pre- and post- operative care and neurological conditions.
She highly values the importance of keeping active for optimal health and the significance of rehabilitation that is required post injury and ill health.

ABOUT CAROLINE
Outside of work, Caroline is a busy Mum of two teenage boys who love sport and who all
like to get outdoors and enjoy the Scottish landscape with their cocker spaniel dog.
Caroline herself loves football and has played football in her home country of Ireland at
secondary and third level education and played for a London club when she first started out in her Physiotherapy career.
Caroline enjoys playing pickleball and attends Yoga and Pilates classes in her local area.
