HOME VISITS

Lundin Physio Clinic offers a home visit service for patients who are unable to travel to the clinic. This service provides a full range of physiotherapy treatments in the comfort of your own home or residential care home.

The home visit service helps patients to identify issues, receive treatment on a regular basis and learn how to self-manage their recovery in between appointments.

The first visit will include an initial assessment by our physiotherapist Caroline Fagan so that she can determine a treatment plan. They will agree the plan and proposed outcomes with you.

Some of the common conditions we treat with home visits are:

• Reduced mobility

• Neurological rehabilitation (Parkinson’s or stroke)

• Post-operation restrictions

• Confidence building following a fall or imbalance​
