DALE HENDERSON
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Dale originally graduated with a BSc in Sport Science in 2020, during which he worked a season with Dundee United’s Academy Strength and Conditioning team, creating and delivering pitch based speed and agility programming.

Dale enrolled onto the MSc Physiotherapy programme at Glasgow Caledonian, graduating in 2024. During his studies, Dale developed a particular interest in sport specific training and knee injury, with both of his dissertations focusing on ACL injury reduction methods within footballers and non-surgical management of ACL rupture.

Dale likes to incorporate strength, cardiovascular and plyometric training principles into rehabilitation as much and as early as possible to give a well-rounded rehab experience. His main aim as a therapist is to improve physical function and performance beyond what people think they are capable of.

ABOUT DALE
Dale is an avid gym goer and likes to pretend to be a distance runner in his spare time. He also dabbles in cycling and swimming, although claims he’s pretty terrible at them!
Between balancing physiotherapy and fitness, the majority of his time is taken up with two children and family.
